A comedy involving a private investigator and his inquisitive and quirky sister.  PI, Felix is on a stakeout. He had to borrow his sister's car. The only condition, his sister, Felicity, comes along for the ride. Felicity is very curious about the case trying to work out the details. After finding out the details, Felicity gets involved in the case, to the dismay of Felix.
